There’s nothing more relaxing than tea with biscuits. Except maybe tea with a purring cat on your lap, making biscuits.
At San Francisco’s KitTea Cat Cafe, I had the opurrtunity to hang with some of the purrmanent residents as well as adoptable shelter cats. Tiger, a fluffy ginger with impressive cheek fur, was my guide, showing me the ins and outs – litter-ally – of the cat cafe, including a ramp that leads up to an open window.
Purrmanent resident Otis showed me the view of the outside and swatted (through the window) at dogs passing by. MOL!
Burger, a handsome black cat with a blaze of white down his nose, invited me to snuggle with him in his cat bed, which was much apurreciated.
Brothers Cheddar and Cheeto demonstrated how cozy and comfy the bedding is at KitTea.
Buffy took a break from playing to tell me about the cafe’s upcoming events which include mewvie nights, Caturday morning cartoons and Cats on Mats Yoga with Cats.
There was so much cuteness to take in, I was feline a bit overwhelmed!
I finally had to paws, step back and just be happy. Be-claws what better way is there to spend an afternoon than with a cup of tea, surrounded by cats?
