LA’s non-purrofit CatCafe Lounge debuted the pawp-up event Tiny Beans Lounge this weekend. In an effort to make a dent in the yearly catastrophe known as “kitten season,” cat lovers are invited to cuddle, snuggle and romp with adoptable kittens in need of furever homes.

Here’s what purrticipants in this event had to say:

Milkshake

MILKSHAKE: “I’ve met so many furiends here – it’s fun! But what I really want is to meet ‘my purrson.’”

Chester and Blake

CHESTER: “I’ve been playing so hard I might take a nap soon. Prefurrably on someone’s lap.”

BLAKE: “If Chester’s napping, I’ll play with mew!”

Ice Pop

ICE POP: “There are litter-ally the cutest adoptable kitties here. But none with my fabulous eyeliner.”

Taco

TACO: “I want to be your new best furiend. I also want to attack a feather on a stick.”

Miso

MISO: “I have submitted my resume. I am a Purrfessional Snuggler. Special Skills and Talents include squeezing into boxes, knocking pens off the counter, and offering up my tummy for pets.”

Milkshake

MILKSHAKE: “I hope you’ll come visit me(ow) at the Tiny Beans Lounge.”
